Overview

We process only the data needed to provide app functionality for Keystone Apps, including JSM Queue Radar. We do not sell personal data.

Data processed

• Jira/JSM issue keys, comment timestamps, project settings, and minimal issue metadata needed to calculate Radar state.
• Radar operational data, including attention state, read markers, triage status, queue preferences, diagnostics, and trend snapshots.
• App data stored using Atlassian Forge platform storage, including Forge KVS.
• Support communications you send us.

Your choices

• Uninstall the app at any time via Atlassian Marketplace.
• Request data deletion via support@keystoneapps.tech.
