Control and requests
- Uninstall an app at any time through Atlassian Marketplace.
- Request data deletion by emailing support@keystoneapps.tech.
Data processed
Information used by our apps
- Jira and JSM issue keys, comment timestamps, project settings, and minimal issue metadata needed to provide app functionality.
- For JSM Queue Radar: operational data such as attention state, read markers, triage status, queue preferences, diagnostics, and trend snapshots.
- For Clone & Templates for Jira: source and created work-item keys, hierarchy relationships, summaries, descriptions, selected Jira field values, project identifiers and template definitions needed for cloning and template creation.
- Clone & Templates can retain operation records such as progress, status, created work-item keys and error details, and reusable private or shared templates within Forge-hosted app storage. Created work items themselves are stored in Jira.
- App data stored using Atlassian Forge platform storage, including Forge KVS where applicable.
- Support communications and information you choose to send us.
